MAYFIELD FALLS

Imagine being cuddled by a tropical jungle and the sounds of rushing streams with towering lush mountains in the distance. The approximately 1.5 hour journey will require some physical exertion but the there’s lots of shade and stops along the way. You could swim through an underground tunnel, jump into the deeper pools, the sit in the bubbling natural Jacuzzi for a shoulder massage from the falls. Most parts of falls are calm but the current can vary depending on the amount of rainfall in the area.

Another relaxing activity is getting a mud scrubs that’ll leave you feeling cleansed and revived. While enjoying the falls you’ll be asked not to use sunscreen or repellent as well as wear water shoes to navigate the slippery stones.
