Since 1988 the Lighthouse Inn 2 and Penny´s Seafood House and Bar are owned and operated by us, Penny & Inge Hill. Over the years we have maintained our high standards of fine dining. This includes the excellent quality of the products we use; our seafood and tenderloin are still exclusively bought from local farmers and fishermen. Our presence always will assure you a wonderful evening with tasty authentic meals and a wide variety of wines and cocktails in a beautiful Caribbean atmosphere. Every Saturday: Traditional “all-you-can-eat Jerk Buffet” with Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork, Jerk Fish, Jerk Vegetable Kebab, Plantain- and Sweet Potato Chips, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Mango- and Sorrel- Chutney, Jerk Dip, Rice and Peas and a spicy hot Jerk Sauce, Jamaican Rum Cake. We offer a free to and from shuttle to guests staying at the West End and one way for guests residing at the beachside of Negril.
